    OMG! I was freaking out about my phone, I totally messed the phone up by installing these Virus applications. There were 2 employees working at the Gladstone location, they help me tremendously. Knew Exactly what to do.They fix my phone in less than 30 seconds and made my day so much better.I was so afraid that I messed my phone up for good Didn't try to sell me anything, really really were great employees.     I had a legitimately wonderful experience with T-Mobile as I was setting up my home internet and purchasing four separate lines. I'm 56 years old, and still value legitimate customer service by people who truly know what they're doing. I was attended by a regional manager that was at the store, named Chris Tammadge (extremely personable despite his engineering degree which normally applies only to introverted people, lol,) and by Grey Dahl, who stayed with me to resolve all the problems that came up, to explain all of the technical issues, to help me negotiate setting up the different lines and porting numbers from my previous carrier AT&T. They were able to connect me with various programs that allowed me to take advantage of my age, and in other ways save me so much compared to what I was paying for my phone and internet service with AT&T. I am now spending under $100 a month, instead of $321. I'm not a technically savvy person and they were able to put me at ease right away, explained everything I needed to know and let me walk out of there with a well-functioning product. But the money savings is nuts! Unlike my previous carrier, T-Mobile acted at every instance as if they actually want my business. And by having a business model where they don't have fixed term contracts, that means philosophically they feel they have to constantly earn your business, instead of feeling like they've already trapped you in once you've signed up. T-Mobile got my business because when I was signed up with at&t, which included the recent purchase of quantum fiber, they had originally locked me in for $75 a month price guaranteed for internet. They now offer that same service for $55 a month but we're not willing to match it for me. Which means that they were perfectly happy to lock me into a contract we're already I was paying $20 more a month, or more than $140 a year than new customers today. Their lifetime price guarantee of $75 was really locking me into a high price. I did not understand this at first. Some reward, AT&T :/ Anyway, be sure to ask for the two individuals above, or another wonderful associate named Dallas. Cheers View on Google
