This is the 2nd time I've been in this store and I am being 100% honest when I say its been the best customer service experience I've had the pleasure to experience. Both times I've walked in that store both Sean and his manager John are going above and beyond to assist every customer that walks in that door. It truly is fun watching them work. Sean has been amazing to work with, assisting me with my upgrades to my plan as well as my devices. John is a spectacular manager and the vibe in the store has always been welcoming. If I had to give a negative it would be the offensive Christmas music they have playing. When I asked John about it he did inform me his hands are tied, which I understand, however, it not only offend me but also an elderly couple that was there. That is the only thing that makes the experience in this store bad. Please do something about it. View on Google
