Scott was the absolute best customer service rep I have ever met when it comes to phones. He is the first person I could actually talk about hardware, software, and benchmarks. Typically people who work with phones will just tell you what phone is better, but they don’t know why, Scott knew everything and was as big as a computer nerd as me. Typically I’m a Samsung guy and my girlfriend is an apple person, however, she wanted me to go with Apple. Scott agreed with me about sticking with Samsung, but after I told him the situation, he started really letting me know it’s not a bad decision to switch and all of the benefits of apple. I did a lot of research, but he knew more than even my research could find. Therefore, when it came to extra parts, such as a phone case and protection, I ended up just completely trusting him because I knew how knowledgeable he was about the phone itself. View on Google

Came here to get my lifetime warranty for my phone protective cover. Lady helped without a fuss! I was in La Cantera in San Antonio and I was turned away because the lady can’t see my warranty and to think I bought my plan and phone from San Antonio location . I called and just had the cover mailed. This t mobile location was more helpful! Thank you! View on Google

My mother and I had gone to another T-Mobile and felt like something was off in their explanation of lack of discount. Thank goodness Liza was here at this location to help us! Not only did she put it on the iPad and blow it up so my mother could read it better, she wrote everything out and explained all of the discounts and the charges, and how it would work throughout the course of the plan. Also, while explaining one promotion had ended, she found another promotion to help us with our discount, I was WOWed! It just doesn’t get better this, when it comes to Customer Service!
