I visited the Wards road TMobile store the other day and had to leave this review. I was very impressed with the professional customer service I received. James was so very helpful, explained how different programs work and provided tips for me to consider while searching out a new service. I did not sign up but I will be returning to do so. He was not pushy (which I hate!) but very attentive based on my needs. I appreciate the professional service.
