I had an extremely difficult time transferring my service from Metro PCS to T-Mobile. After setting everything up online, I was locked out of my account and T-Mobile Customer Support couldn't help. I went into the Brooks/Reserve branch and Ryan was great with the initial porting and getting service on my new phones. However, Emily was an absolute rockstar! She was incredibly patient and professional, researching solutions on her own phone for over 20 minutes until my account access was perfect. Highly recommend asking for Emily if you need help!
