Last night when I received calls I could barely hear the person. I tried several things and ended up being locked out of my phone. I am 76 and need my phone to connect my hearing aid so was very concerned that my phone was not working. This morning I went into T Mobile in Middletown,DE and Darren immediately knew what the problem was and quickly remedied it. I can't tell you how relieved I was. Darren was very personable and went out of his way to assure me this is a common problem. I imagine he only said that to make sure I didn't feel foolish. How refreshing it is to meet a young person who is not only knowledgeable but also kind and sensitive. Many thanks Darren!
