Mike Sievert, T-Mobile CEO

Over the past decade plus, we’ve delivered on T-Mobile’s audacious dreams to change the wireless industry and beyond for good—and in true Un-carrier fashion, We Won’t Stop. As the next chapter of Un-carrier unfolds and we continue to dream even bigger and more boldly in our relentless pursuit of customer happiness, we’ll do what we’ve always done to succeed: stay true to our values.

When we Do It the Right Way, Always, everybody wins—our customers, our shareholders, our communities, and our team. T-Mobile’s Code of Business Conduct lays out clear standards for what it means to act with integrity. We should use the Code as a guide for applying our values to our work and the decisions we make. While we play different roles, we share a joint responsibility to hold ourselves, and each other, accountable to these standards.

I also want to reiterate just how important transparency and open communication are at T-Mobile. Every voice matters here. It’s why we have a Speak Up policy, and it includes having employees’ backs. This makes us better and creates an environment where we all can thrive. If you see or hear something that doesn’t seem right, say something. And please know that retaliation against employees who raise concerns in good faith will never be tolerated.

The Un-carrier is the best it’s ever been, but we’re just getting started. We are unstoppable as One Team, Together, using our Un-carrier values and the Code as our guide. So, let’s continue to shake up wireless and grow our business into the future—the right way!

The Code applies to T-Mobile and its subsidiaries, including the board of directors, employees, and executive officers of T-Mobile. Only the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee may waive a provision of the Code, and any waivers will be publicly disclosed as required by NASDAQ listing requirements and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
