What to expect
When submitting a request to access, delete, or correct your personal information, please remember the process takes time and effort—on your part and ours. You’ll need about 20 minutes to collect your resources and fill out the form. After your request is complete, you'll hear back from us within 45 days. Before you begin, please be prepared with the following:
You’ll need a valid email address you can access and verify during the request process. If you're a current or former customer of T‑Mobile, Metro, TVision, Sprint, or Assurance Wireless, this email must be associated with your account. If you have multiple email addresses associated with an account, please submit a separate request for each email.
Your phone number
Make sure your phone can receive SMS text messages. If you’re a current or former customer, please provide the phone number associated with your account.
Depending on your interactions with
If we ask to see your photo ID, you’ll also need to take a photo of your face using a device with a camera. This ensures the ID truly belongs to you.
