The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is California legislation that allows California residents to access or delete personal data that a business collects about them. Although the CCPA only provides these choices to California residents, we provide non-California residents with the same choices about their personal data.

For more information about CCPA and how T-Mobile processes personal data, read our Request your personal data article.

To ensure only you can access or delete your personal data, we must verify that the request comes from you.

Before starting the process, please make sure that you have:

  1. A valid email address you can access during the request process. You'll be asked to verify your email address after sending the request. If you're a current or former customer of T‑Mobile, Metro by T‑Mobile TVision, Sprint, or Assurance Wireless, this email must be associated with your account. If you have multiple email addresses associated with an account, please submit a separate request for each email.

  2. A phone number that can receive SMS messages. For current customers, please provide the phone number associated with your account.

  3. A digital copy or photo of a valid U.S. driver's license or passport.
Due to New Hampshire state law, we cannot accept New Hampshire driver’s licenses for identity verification. Please be prepared to provide another form of government-issued photo identification, like a passport.

  4. A digital photo of your face or the ability to submit the request with a device that has a camera.
