This past Sunday I went in to the T-Mobile on York Rd in Gittings Plaza to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 15. The retail assistant manager Mercedes J. was more than helpful. Not only did she make sure that I walked out of the store with my i-Phone 15 (at no out of pocket expense due to the promotion) she had also made me aware that I had a "grandfather plan" and that I really need to update my plan because I will receive more and better benefits in addition to a Netflix and Apple tv subscription paid for by T-Mobile. I highly recommend seeking out Ms. Mercedes J. for all you T-Mobile needs!

Ed is the man! He had so much patience with me trying to figure out my phone issues, he was willingly ready to try and figure it out despite how long it was taking. Very kind, such a cool guy. There’s a t-mobile closer to where I live, but I will travel 30 min+ to this t-mobile just for his customer service!!
