T-MOBILE’S FRIDAY NIGHT 5G LIGHTS PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES

 NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION DURING THE SUBMISSION PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU TO THE RELEASED ENTITIES AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

SUBMISSION PERIOD: The T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights Promotion will consist of two (2) components: a sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and a contest (“Contest”) (collectively referred to as the “Promotion”). Both the Sweepstakes and the Contest submission periods will begin at 3:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 17, 2025 and will end at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 12, 2025 (collectively referred to as the "Submission Period").

The Sweepstakes shall be broken out into eight (8) separate entry periods (each a “Entry Period” and collectively, the “Sweepstakes Period”) outlined below. Each Entry Period will begin at 12:01 AM ET on the first day of the applicable Entry Period Start Date and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the applicable Entry Period End Date, with the exception of the Entry Period 1 which will begin at 3:01 a.m. ET.

The computer clock of the Administrator (as defined below) is the official time-keeping device of the Promotion.

PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY: The sponsor of this Promotion is T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”) 12910 SE 38th Street, Bellevue, WA 98006. The Promotion is open to organizations that are permanent and which are (i) offering secondary education (including grades 9-12), (ii) located and operated at an owned, or multi-year leased, physical property (iii) offering courses of instruction to a group of students who meet its enrollment criteria, (iv) operating in compliance with the compulsory attendance or licensing laws of the States in which they are located, whether treated as public schools or private schools, under State law; and (v) located in a city, town, or other municipality in the fifty (50) United States (the “Territory”) with a population of 150,000 residents or fewer (each, a “School”). A School does not include: (i) schools that solely offer secondary education to grades 8 and below; (ii) virtual schools, (iii) home schools, (iv) post-secondary schools, or (v) or any other educational organization which lacks permanent physical classrooms or does not employ educators who are subject to State or local government professional development requirements. In addition, the Grand Prize winner from the 2024 T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights Promotion is not eligible to enter, participate or win a prize in this 2025 Promotion. Any entry received from the previous 2024 T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights Promotion Grand Prize winner will be disqualified. Void outside the Territory and where prohibited or restricted. Employees, officers, or directors of Sponsor, teamDigital Promotions, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and web-design, advertising, marketing, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies, or other agency involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (the “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members, as defined below, of each, and those persons living in the same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Promotion on behalf of a School as an Eligible Participant, but may vote on Finalists and post on Instagram and/or X (formally known as Twitter) (collectively referred to as the “Social Media Platforms”) to earn Sweepstakes Bonus Entries for a School. Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, and their respective spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. Winning a Prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: To enter the Contest, an official representative of a School (an “Eligible Participant”) must visit the website at FridayNight5GLights.com (“Website”) between July 17, 2025 and September 12, 2025 (“Submission Period”) and follow the instructions to register, which may include but is not limited to the following:

  1. provide the following: complete name, position/title, school email address, phone number, and how the Eligible Participant heard about the Promotion;
  2. nominate a School (as defined above) they are employed at;
  3. provide School details including: name of School, School tax identification, city, state, zip code, school primary email address, official School Instagram and/or X handle, School website address;
  4. Complete all required fields on the entry form;
  5. Upload an image of your current School/community football field (JPG, PNG, or PDF image up to 50mb);
  6. Upload your School logo (color high resolution, vector file- EPS, SVG, or JPGs file formats up to 50mb);
  7. In 200-700 words, explain why your School’s football field needs the Friday Night 5G Lights homefield upgrade and why you feel the field upgrade would have a lasting impact on your School and community; and
  8. Share a post on your School’s official public Instagram page or X page indicating that your School has applied for the Promotion, tagging @tmobile and using the following hashtags: #FN5GL and #Sweepstakes. (collectively, the “Submission”)

 

School Requirements:

  • Nominated School must have their own football field and all necessary rights and permissions to accept and implement all elements of the Grand Prize, including all physical and technical upgrades.
  • Nominated School must have a public Instagram account and/or a public X account and agree to comply with both the Instagram Terms of Use and the X Terms of Use. If School’s Instagram or X account is set to the “Private” setting, that School’s corresponding Submission and Entry Video (as defined below) will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration in the Promotion.
  • Limit one (1) Submission per School during the Submission Period. Only one Submission per School will be considered; Eligible Participants are encouraged to work together to only submit one Submission per School.

All Submissions must be received by the end of the Submission Period to be considered. Eligible Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older and authorized by the respective School to enter a Submission on the School's behalf. Submissions generated by script, macro, bots, fraudulent or other automated means and Submissions by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Submissions submitted from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Submissions submitted through any means other than the designated method outlined above, including but not limited to through the use of automated devices, will not be accepted. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete Submissions.

All materials submitted, including all elements of the Submission(s), becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By submitting an Submission, each Eligible Participant represents that it has all necessary rights and permissions to grant, and does so grant,  Sponsor a license to use all materials contained in the Submission (including all rights embodied therein), including the right for Sponsor and its designees to exploit, edit, modify, and distribute the Submission and all elements of such Submission, including, without limitation, the names and likenesses of any people or locations embodied therein (including minors), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity without compensation, approvals, permission or notification to Eligible Participant or any third party. All Submissions are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Submissions will be reviewed for content before being judged; however, such review does not relieve the User (as defined below) or Eligible Participant from responsibility for compliance with all of these Official Rules, Instagram’s Terms of Use and the X Terms of Use. Submissions that do not comply with these Official Rules, Instagram Terms of Use or the X Terms of Use or that otherwise contain prohibited, or inappropriate contents as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be considered for any prize. Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, makes the final determination as to which Submissions are eligible to take part in this Promotion and be considered for any prize. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any Eligible Participant, the Submission will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting user account and authorized by the respective School. 

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: A School will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes once an Eligible Participant has completed and submitted a Submission for the Contest (the “Automatic Sweepstakes Entry”). There is a limit of one (1) Automatic Sweepstakes Entry per School during the Sweepstakes Period. Schools may only win the Sweepstakes one time during the Sweepstakes Period.

Sweepstakes Bonus Entries: During the Sweepstakes Period, Schools can earn one bonus entry when any Instagram or X user with a public account (“User”) posts a static image, video, or reel (no Instagram stories) ) of their School on Instagram or tweets on X and tags School’s official Instagram or X handle, tags @tmobile, and includes ALL hashtags: #FN5GL and #Sweepstakes in their Instagram or X post (each, a “Bonus Entry”). Only Bonus Entries submitted via an Instagram or X account set to public at the time of entry will be deemed eligible for the Sweepstakes. Instagram and X accounts can be created for free by visiting http://instagram.com or https://x.com and downloading the respective free apps. Users must agree to each platform’s terms of use.

 

Automatic Sweepstakes Entries and Bonus Entries (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entries”) must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Hashtags #FN5GL and #Sweepstakes and @tmobile and School’s official Instagram or X (depending on social platform where the Bonus Entry is submitted) account handle tags must be included in your Bonus Entries to be considered valid. By submitting a Bonus Entry, User agrees that their Bonus Entry conforms to the “Submission Guidelines” below. Use of multiple Instagram or X Accounts for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of Bonus Entries is prohibited and if manipulated, all Bonus Entries for the applicable School shall be deemed invalid. There is a limit of one (1) Bonus Entry per User per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

All non-winning Sweepstakes Entries will roll over to subsequent Entry Periods. Sweepstakes Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Check with your wireless service provider for details on data and any other applicable charges. Eligible Participants and Users are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media platforms where content may be posted or shared.

BY SUBMITTING A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY, ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND USERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEIR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES MAY BE POSTED ACROSS ANY OR ALL OF SPONSOR’S DIGITAL AND SOCIAL ASSETS, AT SPONSOR’S DISCRETION. Submission of a Sweepstakes Entry grants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit, publicly perform and/or modify such Sweepstakes Entry in any way, in any and all media, including for use in advertising and marketing, without limitation, and without consideration to the Eligible Participant or User.

Any and all information provided in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://www.t-mobile.com/privacy-center/privacy-notices/t-mobile-privacy-notice. By entering the Promotion, Eligible Participants and Users hereby agree that the Sponsor may collect and use their personal information submitted with their Submission and Sweepstakes Entries and that the Submission and Sweepstakes Entries comply with all applicable privacy rules and regulations. Among other things, the information Eligible Participants provide may be used to send company updates and announcements from the Sponsor concerning the company and its products. At the time of entry, Eligible Participants may be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications from the Sponsor. Eligible Participants are not required to opt-in and opting in will not improve your odds of winning the Promotion.

CONTEST JUDGING CRITERIA AND WINNER SELECTION: The potential winners of the Contest will be selected in two (2) phases. 

Phase 1 of Contest : All Submissions received during the Submission Period will be judged to determine twenty-five (25) Schools eligible to be finalists. Judging will be conducted by a Sponsor-selected panel of judges (the “Judges”). Judging will be based on the following criteria (each a “Judging Criterion”):

  • A: 30% - T-Mobile's small-town business strategy Alignment: Does the School align with T-Mobile's small-town strategy of creating essential, digital connections & championing equitable network opportunities for all.
  • B: 30% - Demonstrated Need, Potential Impact, and Feasibility: A clear and compelling explanation of why the School's football field requires physical and/or technical improvements, including how these enhancements would benefit/impact the School, its students and community, along with a realistic and feasible plan for implementing the proposed improvements.
  • C: 40% - Community Engagement, Social Media, Creativity: Evaluation of how effectively and originally the School’s story is communicated through the Submission, as well as the level of community involvement demonstrated through social media activity and outreach efforts. This includes the creativity and quality of the Submission alongside measurable engagement such as shares, comments, likes, posts, and campaign hashtag use that help broaden the School's reach.

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, twenty-five (25) Schools with the highest overall scores will be deemed potential finalists (“Finalists”). In the event of a tie, such tied Submissions will be broken and the Finalists chosen in favor of the highest score for Judging Criterion “A”, and if necessary, then in favor of the highest score for Judging Criterion “B”. In the event of a further tie, the same process shall proceed using the highest score from Judging Criterion “C”. The Sponsor will re-judge the tied Submissions until all the Finalists have been selected. Sponsor reserves the right to award fewer than twenty-five (25) Finalists, in its sole discretion, if it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible Submissions throughout the Submission Period. Finalists will be notified prior to September 23, 2025.

All twenty-five (25) Finalists will be required to create a video no longer than ninety (90) seconds in length describing why their School’s football field needs improvement and how winning the Grand Prize would impact their School (the “Entry Video”). Each Finalist must follow the instructions provided by the Sponsor, which will include, but are not limited to, how to submit the Entry Video, and formatting requirements and the applicable deadline. Limit one (1) Entry Video per Finalist School.

Entry Videos and Bonus Entries are deemed “Submissions” as that term is used in the “Submission Guidelines” section below.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Once a Submission has been entered in the Promotion, it cannot be modified, amended or edited by Eligible Participant or User. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged by Sponsor, but any such acknowledgment is not otherwise binding upon Sponsor. If entering using a mobile device, entry may require data usage and incur data usage charges. Such charges may apply regardless of whether you are successful in completing and submitting your Submission. Check your mobile plan for rates/details.

By entering, you acknowledge that Sponsor has no obligation to use or post any Submission you submit. By submitting a Submission, you agree that your Submission is not gratuitous and made without restriction, and will not place Sponsor under any obligation, and that Sponsor is free to disclose the ideas contained in the Submission on a non-confidential basis to anyone or otherwise use the ideas without any additional compensation to you. You acknowledge that, by acceptance of your Submission, Sponsor does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Sponsor, or developed by its employees, or obtained from sources other than you. Sponsor reserves the right to, and may or may not, monitor/screen Submissions. By submitting a Submission, you warrant and represent that: (a) it is your original work, (b) it has not been previously published, (c) it has not won previous awards, (d) it does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other third party rights of any person or entity, (e) that you have obtained all permissions from a person whose name, likeness or image (if any) is used in the Submission, and (f) that you have the right and authority to submit the Submission on behalf of the School under all applicable federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or policies.  Submissions that were entered in the prior year may be resubmitted, provided they continue to meet all eligibility and submission requirements. Any User, School or Eligible Participant whose work includes likenesses of third parties or contains elements not owned by the User, School or Eligible Participant (such as, but not limited to, depictions of persons, buildings, trademarks or logos (other than Sponsor’s) must be able to provide legal releases for such use including Sponsor’s use of such Submission, in a form satisfactory to Administrator, upon request, prior to awarding of prize.

Further, the following requirements must be met to make the Submission eligible for consideration in the Promotion (as applicable):

  • Submission must be User or Eligible Participant’s (as applicable) own creation and is one hundred percent (100%) original. User or Eligible Participant may not use any Generative Artificial Intelligence (i.e. ChatGPT or other program) to prepare Submission;
  • Submission must be in English;
  • Submission must comply with all word limitations on the Website;
  • Submission must be truthful and reflect own experience;
  • Submission must comply with any rules or regulatory requirements applicable to the Eligible Participant and School related to participation in external marketing campaigns and promotions.

In addition, the Submission must not, without limitation:

  • contain, facilitate, reference or use material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, political orientation, citizenship, ancestry, marital status or age
  • include threats to any person, place, business, or group
  • encourage dangerous activities
  • advocate illegal conduct of any kind or alcohol, tobacco or drug use including e-cigarette products
  • contain indecent behavior, violence, profanity, obscenities, or otherwise inappropriate language 
  • depict self-harm or harm to others
  • in any way disparage products, persons or organizations associated with Sponsor

SUBMISSIONS POSTED TO ANY OF SPONSOR’S WEBSITES OR SOCIAL MEDIA SITES (IF ANY) WERE NOT EDITED BY SPONSOR AND ARE THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL USER OR ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. Any waiver of any obligation hereunder by Sponsor does not constitute a general waiver of any obligation to Users or Eligible Participants. Sponsor reserves the right to waive the Submission requirements set forth herein in its reasonable discretion.

 

By submitting a Submission, each User and Eligible Participant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many Submissions in connection with this Promotion, and that such Submissions may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to other Submissions submitted in connection with this Promotion sponsored by the Sponsor or submitted for other reasons or other materials developed by the Sponsor. User and Eligible Participant waives any and all claims User and Eligible Participant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any Submission and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Sponsor (or its respective designees) may be similar to his/her Submission, or that any compensation is due to User or Eligible Participant in connection with such Submission or other works used by Sponsor.

Phase 2 of Contest : Begins at 3:00 a.m. ET on September 25, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 24, 2025 (the “Voting Period”). The twenty-five (25) verified Finalist Submissions and Entry Videos (collectively “Finalist Submissions”) will be made available during the Voting Period for public voting on each School’s dedicated Friday Night 5G Lights page (“FN5GL Page”) available at www.FridayNight5GLights.com. Voting is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older and who have a valid email address prior to voting (each, a “Voter” and collectively “Voters”). Voters will be directed to visit the School’s FN5GL Page during the Voting Period, and using a personal computer or mobile device, follow the instructions provided to submit their email address, view each of the Finalist Submissions and click on the applicable “vote” button to cast a vote for the one (1) Finalist Submission they choose to vote for (each, a “Vote” and collectively, “Votes”). There is a limit of one (1) Vote per Voter per day during  the Voting Period. Each Voter may only use one (1) email address to cast a Vote. Minors must have a parents/legal guardians’ permission prior to casting a Vote.   Votes obtained by fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public, or using websites or online forums in a manner intended to improperly induce votes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, are prohibited.  Finalists or Voters who do not comply with these Official Rules and any voting instructions will not have their Votes cast or counted.

Social Play Challenges, Trick Plays & Bonus Votes: During the Voting Period, the Sponsor may release up to four (4) Social Play Challenges and/or a designated number of Trick Plays on select dates and times, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion (each, a “Challenge”). If a Finalist completes a given Challenge in accordance with the instructions provided by the Sponsor and as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Finalist will receive the number of bonus votes designated by the Sponsor for that Challenge (the “Bonus Vote”, which shall be included in the above definition of “Votes”). For complete details regarding each Challenge including timing, participation requirements, and whether it is a Social Play Challenge or a Trick Play visit the Promotion Website and/or refer to any communications provided directly by the Sponsor.

The one (1) Finalist’s Submission with the highest number of total Votes at the end of the Voting Period will be declared the Grand Prize winner of the Promotion (“Grand Prize Winner”). In the event of a tie, the tied Finalists’ Submissions will be reviewed by the Judges and a Grand Prize Winner chosen in favor of the highest score for Judging Criterion “C”. For the avoidance of doubt, a Finalist may not purchase Votes, create fraudulent email accounts, or use any kind of fraudulent means to obtain more Votes in violation of the Voting Period rules stated above. However, in an effort to increase the School’s visibility and drive legitimate votes, Finalists are permitted to promote or “boost” their Instagram and/or X accounts provided such promotion complies with the applicable Social Channels’ Ads Monetization Terms of Use.

Team Magenta Voting: In addition, during the Voting Period, T-Mobile employees will vote for their favorite Finalist Submission in accordance with the instructions provided by the Sponsor (each, an “Employee Vote”). Limit one (1) Employee Vote per T-Mobile employee during the Voting Period. The one (1) Finalist Submission with the highest number of T-Mobile Employee Votes at the end of the Voting Period will be declared the Team Magenta Prize winner of the Promotion (“Team Magenta Prize Winner”).Note: The Employee Votes have no impact on the Promotion’s Grand Prize winner vote.

In the event of a tie, the tied Finalist Submissions will be reviewed by the Judges, and the Team Magenta Prize Winner will be selected based on the highest score for Judging Criterion “C”. If the selected Team Magenta Prize Winner is also the Promotion Grand Prize winner, the Team Magenta Prize will instead be awarded to the Finalist Submission with the second-highest number of T-Mobile Employee Votes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

PROMOTION FINALISTS AND WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS: The Finalists will be notified prior to September 25, 2025 via email. The Grand Prize Winner and the Team Magenta Prize winner will be notified on/about October 30, 2025 via email. The Finalists, Team Magenta, and Grand Prize Winners will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release Form, and any other documents required by Sponsor, on behalf of the School, which must be received by Sponsor within three (3) days of the notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim a prize. If a potential Finalist, Team Magenta, or Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to notification as directed, or fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, the potential Finalist, Team Magenta, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the prize. If a potential Finalist, Team Magenta, or Grand Prize Winner is disqualified or deemed ineligible for any reason, the Finalist Prize, Grand Prize and/or the Team Magenta Prize may be awarded to a runner-up. Sponsor will use reasonably good faith efforts to choose an alternate Grand Prize Winner or Team Magenta Prize winner by following the Finalist process described above. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, a runner-up Finalist may be selected and notified for the applicable Grand Prize and/or Team Magenta Prize winner. Limit one (1) Finalist Prize per School. In addition, each School is eligible to receive either the Grand Prize or the Team Magenta Prize, but not both. A School may receive a maximum of two (2) prizes total: one (1) Finalist Prize and either the Grand Prize or the Team Magenta Prize.

PROMOTION FINALIST PRIZES (25): There are twenty-five (25) Finalist prizes (“Finalist Prizes”) available to be awarded in the Promotion. Each Finalist Prize consists of a $25,000 check for each School selected as a Finalist. In addition, each School selected as a Finalist will receive a T-Mobile hosted home football game celebration kit (exact details and timing to be determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Finalist Prize is $34,000. The ARV of all Finalist Prizes is $850,000.

 

PROMOTION TEAM MAGENTA PRIZE (1): There is one (1) Team Magenta prize (“Team Magenta Prize”) available to be awarded in the Promotion. The Team Magenta Prize consists of a $25,000 check for the School selected as the Team Magenta Prize winner. ARV of the Team Magenta Prize is $25,000.

PROMOTION GRAND PRIZE (1): There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner in the Promotion, which includes:

  • $1,000,000 check to be used towards a game-changing homefield upgrade
  • a consultation with a stadium experience expert, chosen by Sponsor
  • a weight room upgrade from GronkFitness.com
  • a free-admission tailgate party for School which will take place in 2026 (“Event”)
  • 3 day/2 night trip for up to (16) selected School representative to attend one (1) 2026 SEC Championship game designated by Sponsor. Trip includes coach air transportation, hotel accommodations, and game tickets (“Trip”). 

Grand Prize, Finalist Prizes, Sweepstakes Prizes, and the Team Magenta Prize (collectively “Promotion Prizes”) are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Grand Prize, Finalist Prize, and Team Magenta Prize winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Promotion Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All Promotion Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion and may be changed or substituted.

The Promotion Prizes are not won or redeemable in any way by the winning Eligible Participant; only an eligible associated School listed on the Submission may accept and redeem the Promotion Prizes.

 

The ARV of Grand Prize is $1,408,000.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (450): There are four hundred fifty (450) sweepstakes prizes (“Sweepstakes Prizes”) available to be awarded. Sweepstakes Winners (“Sweepstakes Winners”) will receive a check totaling $5,000. The check will be sent with delivery signature confirmation and must be cashed by 12/31/25. The ARV of each Sweepstakes Prize is $5,000.  The ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes is $2,250,000.

The total ARV of all Prizes the Promotion is $4,900,000.

Only the associated School entered via the Automatic Sweepstakes Entry may accept and redeem the Sweepstakes Prize.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE DRAWING & WINNER NOTIFICATION: There will be a total of four hundred fifty (450) Sweepstakes Prizes awarded over eight (8) Entry Periods as specified in the chart below. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize will depend on the number of qualified Sweepstakes Entries received during each Entry Period.  Sweepstakes Winners will be randomly selected by the Administrator and will be notified via email. Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries will carry over to subsequent Entry Period drawings. The Sweepstakes Prize announcements will occur according to the following schedule, which also details the number of Sweepstakes Prizes awarded.

The Sweepstakes Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release Form, and any other documents required by Sponsor, which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) days of the notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim a Sweepstakes Prize. If a potential Sweepstakes Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond to notification as directed, or fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, the potential Sweepstakes Winner forfeits the Sweepstakes Prize. If a potential Sweepstakes Winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sweepstakes Prize may be awarded to a runner-up. Sponsor will use reasonably good faith efforts to choose an alternate Sweepstakes Winner by following the process described above. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, a runner-up Sweepstakes Winner may be selected and notified for the applicable Sweepstakes Prize.

PROMOTION PRIZE CONDITIONS: The maximum value of the Promotion Prizes set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum ARV thereof, and the actual fair market value, as ultimately determined the Sponsor, cannot be challenged or appealed. Sweepstakes Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements are included in the Sweepstakes Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes Winner. All Promotion Prize details not stated in the above descriptions will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sweepstakes Winners, Team Magenta Prize Winner, Grand Prize Winner and Finalists will be solely responsible for all costs, fees, and expenses not expressly stated in the Promotion Prize description. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value will not be awarded and any difference will not be refunded. Actual value of Promotion Prizes may vary. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Promotion Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Sweepstakes or Promotion Prize or prizes of the same approximate retail value for the Promotion or Sweepstakes Prize (or portion thereof). In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the Sweepstakes Winner, the Sponsor or independent third-party company is unable to award any Sweepstakes Prize as described in these Official Rules (including if the designated Sweepstakes Prize should become unavailable for any reason), the Sponsor will substitute the Sweepstakes Prize with another prize of similar nature and equal or greater value at its sole discretion. If a selected Sweepstakes Winner is unable to accept the Sweepstakes Prize in its entirety for any reason, the selected Sweepstakes Winner will forfeit the Sweepstakes Prize and the Sweepstakes Prize may be awarded to an alternate Sweepstakes Winner. All Sweepstakes Entries and potential Sweepstakes Winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor and the Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. No compensation will be paid in lieu of a prize.

The Grand Prize is subject to the School’s reasonable cooperation in the provision of the Promotion Prize and ability to accept and complete all field upgrades  prior to August 1, 2026; if in Sponsor’s sole discretion the School does not reasonably cooperate, the Promotion Prizes will be forfeited by the School, and not re-awarded, or awarded to an alternate winner. The Grand Prize Winner represents and warrants that it is legally able to accept the Grand Prize as stated in these rules and has all necessary rights, permissions, and/or permits required to accept and implement the physical and technical elements of the Grand Prize.  The Released Parties, individually and collectively, are not responsible for any injuries or loss associated with using the Promotion Prizes. Any contracts required to install or implement the Promotion Prize will be entered into by Grand Prize Winner, not Sponsor, and include adequate General Conditions, Indemnity, Binding Arbitration, and Choice of Law or Jurisdiction clauses. Sponsor shall not be liable to any third parties contracted by Grand Prize Winner regarding the Promotion Prize, including for payment to such third parties. To the extent School requires municipal approvals prior to acceptance of Promotion Prize, School agrees to obtain and provide such approvals to Sponsor prior to or immediately upon notification of inclusion as a Finalist. The Finalists and Grand Prize Winners acknowledge and agree that they will enter into separate contracts with Sponsor as necessary as a condition of winning and accepting the Promotion Prizes.

Grand Prize Trip Conditions: Exact trip details to be determined by Sponsor, including but not limited to hotel room selection and assignment, and dates. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the School location is within one-hundred (100) miles of the designated venue (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or Promotion Prize will be forfeited.  If any Promotion Prize-related event(s) or any other activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less attendance to the applicable event(s)/activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that event(s)/activity(s) with an item(s) and/or activity(s) of approximately comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. The School representatives selected to travel are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. The School representatives must be of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age) and are responsible for obtaining and possessing any required valid photo ID, passport, visa, Real ID and travel documents prior to travel or an alternate winner will be selected. The School representatives may be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to travel. The School representatives agree to comply with all event/activity rules and regulations relating to the use of event/activity tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such event(s)/activity(s). Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the School representatives who acts(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event(s)/activity(s).  All trip details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, health crisis, epidemic, pandemic or any other natural or man-made disaster that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event(s)/activity(s).  Certain travel restrictions may apply.

Promotion Prizes (as applicable) will be mailed to the mailing address (no P.O. Boxes) provided during winner notification. Shipping in the United States only. Shipping cost is included with Promotion Prizes. Sweepstakes Prizes will be awarded provided that a sufficient number of Sweepstakes Entries are received, and the Sweepstakes Prize is claimed in accordance with the dates and times specified above.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Promotion qualification is determined when Eligible Participant submits a Submission. Proof of identity and/or residence reasonably satisfactory to the Sponsor and/or the Administrator may be required to verify eligibility. The Sponsor and the Administrator have the right to determine Promotion eligibility in their discretion; all decisions concerning Promotion eligibility are final. Any effort to circumvent the Promotion or Sweepstakes limits, requirements or other terms (including, but not limited to, providing fictitious information or concealing identity or location) voids Submissions and Sweepstakes Entries and disqualifies person from participating in the Promotion.

By participating, Users and Eligible Participants accept and agree to: (i) be bound by these Official Rules and all final decision of Sponsor and Judges, all applicable laws and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters and noncompliance will result in disqualification; (ii) waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the Official Rules; and (iii) waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Released Parties.  Released Parties are not responsible or liable for Submissions or Sweepstakes Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Submissions or Sweepstakes Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, and all such Submissions or Sweepstakes Entries will be disqualified, or emails or communications of any kind, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, technical, electronic, mechanical, network, seeding, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion or Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion or Sweepstakes, the processing of prize redemptions, emails or communications of any kind, Submissions, the announcement of the winners, or in any Promotion or Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Eligible Participant’s or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the Website. Should any portion of the Promotion or Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play or submission of Submissions, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion or Sweepstakes. If terminated, at its discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect prize claims received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by the Sponsor. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION OR SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Eligible Participants and Users, by participating, agree that the Sponsor, the Administrator, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and Promotion agencies and promotional partners and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents  will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Eligible Participants or Users against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion or Sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on the prizes (if any) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer(s) for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating in the Promotion, each winner acknowledges that the Released Parties have not and will not obtain or provide insurance of any kind relating to the prizes. Neither the Administrator, or any of their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are a sponsor or co-sponsor of this Sweepstakes or Promotion. Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In case of dispute as to the identity of any User or Eligible Participant, Submission will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

INDEMNITY: Users and Eligible Participants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating in any way to: (a) your participation or inability to participate in the Promotion or Sweepstakes, (b) typographical errors in the Official Rules or any Promotion or Sweepstakes promotional materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use an prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a prize due to reasons beyond any of the Released Parties’ control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Promotion or Sweepstakes, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the Submission (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Promotion site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Released Parties or by you, (i) interruption or inability to access the Promotion, any Promotion-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to your (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the Released Parties, or any of their agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Released Parties. Each winner hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by prize suppliers associated with the Promotion or Sweepstakes.

Users and Eligible Participants assume all liability for an injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Promotion, Sweepstakes, use of the Website, or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any Promotion Prize or prize component. Users and Eligible Participants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees.

 

BINDING ARBITRATION: Except where required by law, Eligible Participants, Users and the Sponsor waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules or the Promotion (including any activity related thereto). Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Promotion, or the Sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.

CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any User or Eligible Participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of Washington without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules (whether of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Washington. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion, Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Washington. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
