You can set up and manage your Roambee devices with the steps below. See Asset Management & Tracking with NB IoT for more information.

Log in and navigate the Roambee Portal
Login
To log in for the first time, make sure you've received an email from support@roambee.com with your password. If you haven't received it, contact your system administrator.
- In a web browser, visit https://portal.roambee.com/#login.
- Enter your user name (email address) and password.
- Select Log in.
- If you belong to multiple accounts, choose the account you want to log into.
Navigation
The portal is divided into three areas:
- Main Bar: Has the user name, role, Support button, and Modern View button.
- Module Menu: Choose from the variety of pages in the portal, like Manage Users, Shipments, Locations, and Bees.
- Screen Area: Changes depending on what you select in the Module Menu.
Add, modify, or delete users
- On the left side, choose the Manage Users module.
- Select the + icon next to Add user.
- Fill out the Add new user pop-up. You must fill out fields with a red asterisk (*).
- Select Save. An email is sent to the new users.
- On the left side, choose the Manage Users module.
- Select the Actions drop-down next to the user you want to modify.
- Select Edit.
- Update any information in the Edit user pop-up.
- Select Save.
- On the left side, choose the Manage Users module.
- Select the Actions drop-down next to the user you want to modify.
- Select Delete.
Create and edit locations
- On the left side, choose the Locations module.
- Select the Add icon at the top right.
- Fill out the Location Wizard pop-up. You must fill out fields with a red asterisk (*).
- Select Add Location.
- On the left side, choose the Locations module.
- Select the Edit icon next to the location you want to edit.
- Update any information in the Location Wizard pop-up.
- Select Modify Location.
Create, edit, and use accounts
- On the left side, choose the Accounts module
- Select the Add icon at the top right.
- Fill out the Create a new Account pop-up.
- You must fill out fields with a red asterisk (*).
- You must fill out all four tabs. Select Continue once you've completed a tab.
- Select Save.
- On the left side, choose the Accounts module
- Select the Edit icon next to the sub-account you want to edit.
- Update any information as needed, then select Save.
- On the left side, choose the Accounts module
- Select the Login as icon next to the sub-account you want to log in on.
- You can also switch between accounts by choosing Select Account to login as at the top right.
Create and fulfill orders
- On the left side, choose the Orders module
- Select the New icon at the top right.
- Choose the account you're creating the order for, then select OK.
- Fill out the order information, including the shipment destination, SKU, and quantity, then select Place Order.
- On the left side, choose the Orders module
- Select the Actions drop-down next to the order you want to fulfill, then select Fulfill.
- Make sure the order summary is correct, then select Continue.
- Assign the devices that will be used on the sub-account, then select Continue.
- Enter the shipping information, then select Fulfill. Make sure the device was assigned to the right sub-account.
Manage your bees
Check our narrowband coverage map to see where Roambee BeeAware will work. International and domestic roaming are not supported.
- Network LED: Blinks green fast when searching for coverage, blinks green slowly when connected, and is off when in sleep mode or off.
- Battery LED: Solid red when charged, blinks red fast when charging or powering on/off, blinks red slowly when the battery is low, and is off when device is on and working fine.
- GPS LED: Solid yellow when it has a GPS fix, blinking yellow when searching for GPS, and is off when in sleep mode or off.
- Power button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on or off
- USB charging port: Plug in your charging cable here
- Multi-function button: Long press to report the current location and restart GPS fix.
- Hanging hole: Used to hang the device when affixing is not an option
- On the left side, choose the Bee Pickup Page module.
- Enter the device name and all related information regarding the pickup purpose. You must fill out fields with a red asterisk (*).
- Select Save. You'll receive a confirmation the device was checked-in, select Ok.
- You can confirm the device was checked in by choosing the Bees module on the left side.
- On the left side, choose the Bees module.
- Select the Actions icon next to the desired device, then select interval.
- Set the desired reporting interval between 5 minutes and 24 hours, then select Send Change.
- On the left side, choose the Bees module.
- Select the Actions icon next to the desired device, then select history.
- Adjust the desired date range at the top right and select Go!.
- You're taken to a screen that displays a map and the sensor history.
- On the left side, choose the Bees module.
- Select the Actions icon next to the desired device, then select messages.
- Choose the time zone and adjust the desired date range at the top right, then select Go!.
- View the device messages. Choose the + on the left to see more details for a specific message.
- On the left side, choose the Bees module.
- Use the following options to filter devices as needed:
- Search: Lets you search for specific devices
- Show/hide columns: Lets you restrict what information appears on the screen
- Reset tables: Resets the device list back to default view
- At the top right, choose how you want to download your data:
- Download: Lets you download a file with the data
- Copy: Places the information to your clipboard so you can paste it
- Excel: Exports the information to Excel
- PDF: Converts the data into a PDF file
