Use these steps to temporarily suspend or to restore a T-Mobile for Business line through the Account Hub..

Suspend a line

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Manage Accounts. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. From the Manage Lines tab, select the menu for the desired line and select Suspend. The Suspend Line window appears.
  4. Select a reason for the suspend from the Reason for change field.
    • Lost/Stolen Suspend
      • Line will suspend immediately. 
      • Restoration must occur within 30 days or line will cancel. 
    • Seasonal Suspend 
      • 90-day maximum
      • Select the dates using the Start date and End date fields.
  5. Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions. 
  6. Select Submit change. You'll receive a transaction number, which can be reviewed on the Transaction History page. 

 

Restore a line

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Manage Accounts. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. From the Manage Lines tab, select the menu for the desired line and select Restore. The Restore Line window appears.
  4. Select the restore date (same day or future dated) from the Restore date field.
  5. Select the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Select Submit change. You'll receive a transaction number, which can be reviewed on the Transaction History page.

 

If you’re unable to perform the steps on this page, visit the Account Hub User Management page as your profile permissions may need to be updated by your Account Admin or Business Owner.
