Use this page to temporarily suspend or to restore a T-Mobile for Business line through the Account Hub.
On this page:
Suspend a line
- Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the line you want to suspend.
- Choose Suspend from the line menu and Reason for change either:
- Lost/Stolen Suspend to suspend immediately with permanent cancellation if not restored within 30-days.
- Seasonal Suspend with 90-day suspend maximum. Pick the start and end dates.
- Select the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions and select Submit change. You will receive a transaction number that can be viewed on the Transaction History page.
Restore a line
- Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the line you want to restore.
- Choose Restore for the desired line from the Manage Lines tab.
- Select the restore date (same day or future dated) in the Restore Line window.
- Select the checkbox to agree to terms and conditions.
- Select Submit change. You will ll receive a transaction number that can be viewed on the Transaction History page.
Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
