Use this page to approve or reject orders in the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub.

 

Approve or reject an order

  1. Log in to Account Hub and select Approval Dashboard from the Shop navigation menu.
  2. From the list of orders, select one or more checkboxes and choose Approve or Reject from the Actions menu. Alternatively you can select View details by the applicable order to review additional details before approving or rejecting.
  3. Review the details in the pop-up and select Approve or Reject. Enter any desired comments associated with the approval or rejection in the pop-up and select Confirm.

When an order is submitted to provisioning or rejected, the entered comments will be sent to the order submitter in an email notification.
