Manage account transactions: Account Hub

Use this page to download a bulk transactions file and to obtain transaction status detail in the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub.

Bulk transactions

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts. Select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. From the Manage Lines tab, select the Account actions menu, then choose  Bulk upload. The 'What changes are you making?' window displays.
  3. Select the desired bulk change type such as Change number, Update the line identifiers, Restore/Suspend, Transfer numbers, or Change SIM.
  4. Select the file format type (CSV or XLS) and select Download to download the template. Fill in the required fields and upload the completed file.

 

Transaction status history

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts.
  2. From the Transactions tab, review the list of submitted transactions. Search for a specific transaction by selecting the  Search box and entering the transaction detail.

 

Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
