Use this page to manage your DIGITS services with the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub.

Access the DIGITS portal

  1. Log in to the Account Hub and go to the Manage Accounts to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Select the DIGITS checkbox in the Type filter.
  3. View the DIGITS lines on the line listing page, then select the required DIGITS line.
  4. From the Device tab, select Manage myDIGITS to navigate to the DIGITS portal.

Pair DIGITS watch lines

  1. Log in to the Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. Select the Action menu for the desired line and choose Manage watch pairing.
  3. Enter the watch or voice line number you want to pair without spaces or dashes. Select Submit.

To unpair, follow the same steps and the Unpair option will already be selected and choose Submit.

 

Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
