Manage your DIGITS services through the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub.

Access the DIGITS portal

  1. Log in to  Account Hub.
  2. Go to Manage Accounts. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. Select the DIGITS checkbox in the Type filter.
  4. View the DIGITS lines on the line listing page, then select the required DIGITS line.
  5. From the Device tab, select Manage myDIGITS to navigate to the DIGITS portal.

If you’re unable to perform the steps on this page, visit the Account Hub User Management page as your profile permissions may need to be updated by your Account Admin or Business Owner.

Pair DIGITS watch lines

  1. Log in to  Account Hub.
  2. Go to Manage Accounts. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. Select the Action menu for the desired line and choose Manage watch pairing.
  4. Enter the watch or voice line number you want to pair with. Don’t enter spaces or dashes.
  5. Select Submit.

To unpair, follow the same steps and the Unpair option will already be selected; just choose Submit.
