You can manage your current plans, add-ons, and review your account benefits and promotions all online and using T-Life. 

Plan, features & add-ons

Learn how to review or change your plan, or manage your data and add-ons (such as adding a PlusUp feature). To learn more about our plans, check out the find the right plan for you page.

 

T-Life

 
  1. Log in to the T-Life app. 
  2. Select the Manage tab.
  3. Select See Plans.
  4. Select See plan details under the desired line.
  5. Select Manage Add-ons and data.
  6. Select the feature to add/change/remove:
    • Monthly Data Plan
    • One-Time Data Pass
    • Services
  7. Select Continue

T-Mobile.com

 
  1. Log into T-Mobile.com.
  2. Select Account from the page menu.
  3. Select your plan name or choose one of the lines.
  4. Choose to Manage my plan or Manage add-ons.
  5. Follow the prompts to compare or change your plan & features.

Account benefits

To find and redeem the T-Mobile plan benefits available to you, access the benefits page on T-Mobile.com or the App using these steps:

 

T-Life

 
  1. Log in to the T-Life app. 
  2. Select Status.
  3. Select the Benefit you want to review.
 

T-Mobile.com

 
  1. Log into T-Mobile.com.
  2. Select Benefits on the menu

Line and service promotions

Current promotions can be reviewed in the app or online by the Primary Account Holder (PAH). Check online permissions to manage line permissions. 

 

T-Life

 
  1. Log in to the T-Life app. 
  2. Select Manage.
  3. Scroll down and Select View promotions.
 

T-Mobile.com

 
  1. Log into T-Mobile.com.
  2. Select Bill & pay.
  3. Select View my discounts & promotions
  4. Review each line for details. If no promotion is present, it will state that.  

Message: Cannot add via app

Not all features are available to add through T-Life at this time. If you see this message when attempting to add a feature, follow the steps in the Plans, features & add-ons section to make the change through T-Mobile.com. If using a mobile browser, make sure to login with your password so you’re not taken back to T-Life.
