T-Mobile Cascade Station

Ten years ago, I decided to leave my iPhone behind and went with a prepaid cell phone carrier for the sake of saving money. I became a landline phone + PC person while using my prepaid phone only when I was out and about. I thought I was living happily ever after until a month ago when my landline phone was unavailable for a while. Then I realized how stripped down my prepaid phone actually was, even though it was a Samsung Galaxy 5G. I knew it was time for me to go back to iPhone and I needed to look for a mobile carrier. After much research, I decided on T-Mobile at Cascade Station, Portland because of its relatively high Google Reviews. While reading the Google Reviews on this store, Cheyenne’s name surfaced quite a few times. I said to myself, “Well, lucky for those customers.” I visited the store one Tuesday morning without any specific expectations. A young woman greeted me and asked about the purpose of my visit. Then I realized I was going to work with Cheyenne. She spent a fair amount of time addressing all my questions and needs. She helped me identify the service plan that made the most sense for my situation. Porting my existing cell phone number over to T-Mobile from that prepaid carrier turned out to be the most time-consuming task. Even though I’d love to keep my existing cell phone number, I did not hold out much hope at all since this prepaid carrier did not have any info about me at all. Cheyenne kept assuring me that the porting would go through. While we waited for the porting to come though, she took the opportunity to help me set up accounts with T-Mobile, Netflix and Apple TV+. She also took the time to eliminate those apps that came with the iPhone but I would most likely not need them at all. She also made sure the ring tone and the font size are to my liking. In other words, she just looked for opportunities to make sure a customer’s in-store and after-sale experience to be a satisfactory one. My parting words to Cheyenne were, “I wish I had been as kind and professional as you are when I was your age.” Now, let me say it more eloquently about her, “She is an all-in-one: kind, generous, thoughtful, respectful, patient, and professional.” As I was struggling with typing words into the tiny screen during my visit, she never showed even one ounce of impatience or disrespect. Cheyenne, you have truly made your family and T-Mobile proud. I just appreciate you and I wish I could give you 10 stars.
