    Went to T-mobile because I always get texts on ads, wasn't satisfied with my old phone company (Metro PCS), I was with them since 10/17/2019. Wanted to use my insurance because my phone was cracked and broken (Galaxy S10) had for 8yrs. never used my insurance had a $60 plan since 2019 with Metro PCS, which included pmt $55.00+insurance $5.00=$60.00 that was the special in 2019 for staying with Metro PCS after bought the contract from Nextel. Went to Metro PCS on 5/17/2026 said l didn't have insurance on my plan anymore because l don't update my plan when Metro PCS changed the $60.00 plan which they couldn't tell me the date plan changed. I couldn't get a upgrade. If l wanted to keep my same phone# (after 14yrs) l had to pay the full price ($250) Galaxy A10 phone or change my phone# and pay $195 for TLC K32 Metro PCS said they changed their $60 plan few yrs ago to $60 w/insurance equals $70.00 mo it wasn't showing l had insurance anymore. Tried to explain to them when they changed from Nextel to Metro PCS my new plan was $55.00/w insurance $60.00 per mo. Never got a notice about new $70.00 Metro PCS refused to work with me so l came to T-mobile to just check out price. My salesperson in Norfolk, VA Misa Pang was so nice, professional, patience, kind, loving, caring and not pushy. Show me plans that was affordable for me bring a Senior Citizen and on Social Security. That same day l disconnected my phone service/ internet service from MetroPCS and transferred bought new cell phone / internet home service with T-mobile. Thank you for great salespeople, please give a special gift or award to Ms. MISA Pang out of Norfolk, VA on Military Hwy store, she's a great asset to your company. Ms. Pang even give me her business card said if l can't navigate my phone to come back in, she or any worker could be happy to help me. View on Google

    Ray helped fix multiple issues with my business account after corporate sales set it up incorrectly, including the wrong plan and missing email, which led to an unexpected disconnection. He handled everything professionally, corrected the mistakes, and waived the fee I wasn’t even aware of. I was ready to cancel, but thanks to Ray, I’m now very satisfied and staying with T-Mobile.
