Top Notch Customer Service. I came in with a fair amount of items, as I normally hate dealing with cellular plan and internet plan errands. Julie was beyond helpful. She helped me switch my home internet, add a personal hot spot, upgrade my phone, and at the end of the transaction I ended up saving money, while adding all of those items. Truly great customer service. I spent 14 years in retail customer service management, and this service was top notch. Truly had my best interests at heart, and worked multiple options to make sure that it was the best outcome for me. After switching from Xfinity, adding the phone and hot spot, along with getting 3 streaming services comped through T-Mobile, I technically walked out $5/mo in the green on top of the additional services. When I hit a snag in porting my numbers from Verizon, the crew at this store were incredibly helpful. When I walked in, there was a small line to get checked in. I immediately noticed how Darin Thomas was greeting each person in front of me. He said hello with a smile, apologized for the wait, and jumped right in to helping diagnose the general issue and setting the queue. The wait was no longer than I've waited with any other carrier, but I noticed that the employees weren't just quickly moving people through. They were spending the necessary time to fix the issues. It gave me more confidence that I'd walk out of there with my issue fixed. I was paired with Anthony, who quickly assured me that he would get to the bottom of what was causing the issue. It was a fairly technical issue, but Anthony had it diagnosed and resolved in 10 minutes. I told him I had two other phones delivering later in the afternoon, and he suggested I bring them in when I got them to ensure there were no issues porting their numbers. I returned the next day and was again greeted by a smiling and energetic Darin. Instead of just putting me in the queue and moving on, Darin acknowledged that I had been in the day before, and let me know that they were happy to have me back so they can help me with my other phones. That's good customer service, right there! This time I was paired with Tony, who I had just seen work very hard on behalf of another customer to try to fix what seemed to be a very complicated issue. When he couldn't fix it, he escalated it to the district manager and ensured the person that it would be addressed. I was confident he'd be very helpful. He quickly ported over the numbers for our phones and we dove into setting up a line for a watch. We faced some issues because of the watch I brought in, which caused him to attend to me longer while others were waiting. At no point, did I feel rushed or like he needed to move on quickly or that he was even annoyed that the watch wasn't working. Solid service! These interactions were not isolated. I saw other customers being given the same level of service. They were consistently professional and courteous, even with heightened frustrations from other customers were being expressed. I've worked a lot in customer service, and know when it's high-quality or not, and this store nails it! Great job! View on Google

My shopping experience with John was the best! He's a Sr. Expert who goes beyond basic customer service. He is super knowledgeable and personal, very patient (I'm 70 yrs old) and kind. If you get to work with John, you will be in good hands. View on Google
