I stopped in today for a home internet connection. Ky helped me with my purchase and setup, and was very helpful. Aside from a much lower cost, I've already noticed a major improvement over the service through the x guys.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ to T-Mobile 4 Stars to this location! Because we have had to go back 4 times for the phone install. Make sure your phone is fully functioning before leaving! I’ve been a loyal customer for 27 years with the same phone number and currently have seven lines with T-Mobile. This review isn’t really about this store—it’s about the company behind it. First, I want to recognize the employees. Marissa was absolutely wonderful, and Maurice and the rest of the team were kind, patient, and professional. The store is beautiful, clean, modern, and well managed. They made our hour-long wait as comfortable as possible, and I truly appreciate the people working here. In the pictures is the card for the employee if you want to reach out and have her help you because she was super knowledgeable had lots of personality! My frustration is with T-Mobile’s corporate systems and customer support. Since Mother’s Day, I’ve been trying to have a fully paid-off phone unlocked after selling it as a gift. Every time I call, I’m told it will take another 24 hours, only to hear a different explanation the next time. Months later, it’s still unresolved. Then today, after activating another phone, we got home and discovered the SIM information wasn’t set up correctly, meaning we have to make another trip back to the store. As a customer of nearly three decades, it’s also disappointing to watch the best promotions go to new customers while loyal customers are left paying more. Add in the dropped calls and inconsistent service, and it’s becoming harder to justify staying. I do enjoy T-Mobile Tuesdays. The free Slurpees, bags, tumblers, and little surprises are fun. But at the end of the day, I don’t choose a wireless carrier for the trinkets—I choose one for dependable service that keeps my family and my businesses connected. T-Mobile… your service doesn’t always allow me to actually “B-Mobile.” 😬 The people in this store earned five stars. The corporate experience is what’s bringing my rating down. I hope T-Mobile invests as much in taking care of long-time customers as it does attracting new ones. At the end of the day, though, I don’t stay with a phone company because of the freebies. I stay because I need reliable service for my family and my businesses. Right now, that’s where T-Mobile is falling short for me. I truly hope they improve because I’d love to be able to update this review in the future.
