(( review summary: had bad experience at a phone repair place over a backordered part. Walkiria, Kristina and Pierre went above and beyond to help. could not be happier with the customer service at this T-Mobile )) recently i had the screen protector on my Razr+ 2024 start to lift. So i tried using the warranty on my phone to get a replacement, only to be told by a very unhelpful employee at a phone repair shop i had made an appointment at this past Friday, that the part in question was on back order and i could drive across town in two separate directions to see if they maybe had the part. seeing as how it was snowing all day, i had no desire to drive over 30+ minutes in either location. so i ended up coming to this T-Mobile location instead (as this is my carrier), to see if they could help me in anyway that wouldn't cost me a literal arm and a leg, and wouldn't require me to drive to the other side of town. and when i tell you the experts at this store went above and beyond to help me. upon walking in to the newly renovated store, i was greeted by multiple smiling faces, and was immediately approached by Kristina. she was very attentive and got right to work trying to help me resolve my issue. the screen protector for my phone, as it is an older and slightly outdated model now, was going to be hard pressed to find. but she called the store manager Walkiria over to help as well, and Walkiria started trying other local phone repair locations, including the one i had just come from, only to be treated quite rudely by a very upset (and not wanting to be bothered) employee on the other end of the line. this did not deter either of these ladies from helping me. they were able to find a solution; a refurbished model of the same phone, and all it would only cost me? $5 out of pocket, and within a week my issue would be resolved. i left after they had placed the order for the replacement, ready to come back when my new-to-me phone was in the store. fast forward to today. upon walking in, i was greeted by Pierre, who was eager to help me get my phone transfer going as quick as possible! he made sure everything was in order, and got it all sorted for me with no issues. Kristina, who helped me on friday, was also there and kept me company when able as the transfer process ended up taking over 45 minutes, and i was in the store for the better part of close to an hour and half. but the way both Kristina and Pierre were open to chatting and helping the time pass when able, made the experience a pleasant one! the main reason i went through all of this, is i am waiting to upgrade my phone in summer, and i really wanted to make this one last until then. and the fact i was able to walk out today with what is essentially a new phone, that should keep me going until i can upgrade later this year, and being helped by some of the nicest T-Moble experts i've ever met is nothing short of amazing! 10/10 for Walkiria, Kristina and Pierre for their service, i will be back this summer to get my new phone, you all are rockstars! Went in with questions about an upgrade and was greeted immediately by the store manager. Was sat down with Vincent and he helped me through the very easy upgrade/order process and left in less than 15 minutes. The customer service at this newly remodeled "Experience" store is always top-notch. After being with the big blue carrier for over a decade, we're very glad to have switched to T-Mobile and this store has enhanced our experience. View on Google
