Ok experience. Store was clean but not well stocked. Sales deception practice going on .. Had to buy more expensive products bc the basics were not available. Those are the ones you're suppose to have on hand but then the commission wouldn't be the same as pushing expensive products. My CS person was polite and capable, but I disliked the trash talk on Samsung products breaking easily. ALL PHONES BREAK EASILY. But that's the millennium entitlement. View on Google

i am a retail manager with over 40 years of retail experience and never in my life have i ever received such incredible customer service before.. the salesman mohammed from the forest ave location is so very helpful and KIND! these days if you are past a certain age you feel completely invisible but mohammed was the opposite with us, he was very patient and extremely helpful, informative and again KIND! he is an asset to this company. i will only shop this location for now on. Went there with somewhat of a complex issue and a technician named Myra was very kind and listened and went out of her way to help. Very great customer service experience and her professionalism is what would make me routinely frequent this establishment for all of my Tmobile needs. More workers need to be like her.
