Today, I went into this T-Mobile store expecting to find little to no resolution to my problems, given that this is how I felt your customer care team was handling my questions. To be clear, I was ready to switch to Verizon, yet I decided to give this location a chance on my trip to Home Depot. I was met at the door by the manager who signed me in and informed that there would be a wait of about 35-40 minutes, which I understood because there were only 2 other employees other than herself & about 3 other customers waiting. She told me they would be more than willing to get me taken care of, and her friendly attitude prompted me to stay and wait. When my turn came around, I was assisted by the manager herself, and I am writing this review solely because I felt like she went the extra mile to make sure this was my last stop. She not only recognized the problem almost immediately but also solved my issue quickly too. While doing so, she noticed my mom had an older Samsung S7 and that I had an iPhone 11, and she let me know I could get two new phones, an iPhone 15 and a Samsung Galaxy A35, for only $24.17/month added onto my bill. Since I only had to trade my phone in, I kept my mom's old S7 and was able to give one of the additional lines she gave me to my daughter, who I was already thinking of getting a line for anyway. To say the least, I was amazed that T-Mobile still has employees who care and look out for the best interest of customers. Thank you again, Lala. Esmeralda fixed my hotspot from T Mobile! I had spent over a month trying to fix it with TMobile over the phone. I am a prepaid customer. I called probably a dozen times to prepaid.
