In hiring a new team member, management hope to get a great employee who represents their company in a good light. But it takes an extra special employee, to continue to shine as a person, when they are off the clock. This wonderful person in your midst is Antonio. Yesterday, while stopping for a much needed cup of coffee, my uncomputer savy brother and I were trying to pay. A kind gentleman came behind us to assist the screens we had missed, and then waved his card to complete the payment. We were temporarily confused and in surprise to understand he just made our purchase for us. At first, we thought he was an employee or management of that establishment.Then we soon realized he too was a guest as well, perhaps on a break or at the end of his shift, getting a quick snack. Then, I took note of his shirt logo, and realized that he was actually a T-Mobile Employee! I can not tell you how much impact that gift of kindness meant to our hearts. We were delighted, and our coffee just now seemed to some extra warmth to it, filled with care. I think this goes to show, it's almost more crucial how an employee represents your company when the bosses aren't looking. He wasn't performing a job, he was just being a good human being. Excellent customer service! Right when I went in the store the atmosphere was positive. Employees were all friendly and accommodating. Alexis Joy went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed and offered great advice. If you are thinking of switching to T-Mobile come by this store and ask for Alexis Joy. T-Mobile Experience Stores are our flagship locations, with the widest selection of devices and hands-on demos of the latest tech—all supported by experts trained to resolve your needs in just one visit. Our experts receive 40% more training than our traditional specialists and have the authority to handle any request on the spot. 

Visit a select Experience Store, check-in and our goal is to fully resolve the reason for your visit the first time. If we don’t, let us know in the text survey after your visit. A store manager will follow up within 72 hours—and we’ll apply a $50 bill credit to your account.
Only select T-Mobile Experience Stores in the Seattle area are part of this promise. Look for the “Experience Store” label at T-Mobile Store Locator, in the T-Life app, or on Google or Apple Maps. You’ll also see signage inside participating locations.

A store leader will contact you within 72 hours, help resolve your issue, and apply a $50 bill credit to your account if eligible.

Once you complete the survey and select “No” or “Partially,” the store manager will reach out to you directly to resolve the issue and confirm if you qualify for the $50 bill credit.
If you are eligible, your store manager will apply the $50 bill credit to your T-Mobile account once your issue is resolved.
Nope!  Just fill out the survey, and the store manager will contact you. We’ll take care of the rest!
If you visited an eligible store but did not receive a survey within 24 hours, please reach out to the store’s leadership by phone or by visiting the location in person. If you’re unable to return to the store, contact Customer Care for further assistance.
The offer is available once per account per 12-month cycle.
Yes—just a few things to know.

To be eligible, you must visit a participating Experience Store, check-in upon arrival via T-Life or Magenta Welcome (in-store), and complete the post-visit survey.

Some situations may not qualify for the $50 bill credit, including issues outside of T-Mobile’s control. This can include missing required identification, device warranty or insurance claims, line or financing limits based on credit, or requests for compensation beyond correcting accidental billing errors.
 
No matter how you contact us, we’ll always do our best to help find the right solution. However, issues involving external partners, manufacturer processes, or circumstances beyond the store’s control may not be eligible for the credit.
Experience Stores are built to offer a better in-store experience — with the latest tech, a wider selection of devices and the best of our knowledgeable experts who can take care of needs quickly and efficiently.
