My husband and I are very much satisfied with the switch over to T-mobile. The store representative was really great on suggesting which plan and phone would best fit my husband and I. My wife and I switch over from Metro by T-mobile to actual T-mobile. Day and night service, I am very satisfied with the switch. At first I went in to pay my Metro bill, but the representative suggested I would have better benefits and better service with T-mobile. I can agree with the representative, I have much more better service now as well as better phones than what I use to have before. View on Google

I am satisfied with the service I have received at this store. I am very old, an 70 year old women who don't know anything about phones, specially smart phones. The person was able to help me resolve the issue for me, and guided me on how to use my phone, thank you very much. View on Google

We were grandfathered into a old rate plan, and the plan did not qualify for some new phone promotions. The staffs were able to provide the benefits of the new plan compared to our old plan which seemed better so we went for it. When we switched from old to new plan we were also qualified to get new phones with our current phone trade it which is a great deal in my opinion. I was responsible for some taxes up front and a small upgrade charge. The customer service was excellent but the wait time was pretty long due to transferring data. Overall I would recommend this store and to friends and family. View on Google
