Just wanted to give a kudos to Store Manager Eric Patterson (as well as Isaac who helped me before Christmas in this store). As a former T-Mobile 501 Gen Care Rep at their call center in Maine for over 5 years back in the day, amd an actual customer since 2006, I have to say I have rarely received excellent Customer Service in store or by phone, (esp since outsourcing overseas with the calls) where sales reps understanding of the customer issue, devices, rate plans/addons, promos, t-shooting, understanding of network coverage, billing and compatability with not just all your devices but your lifestyle and how well your devices fit your needs. Also self help educating with the T-Life app, your devices and account auditing to save you money. All of this is a 501 gen care reps job but there has historically been a separation of customer care reps vs in store sales reps in what they can/can't do and their actual understanding of things T-Mobile, which is so important for a positve customer experience. This is actually the first time since I left Maine in 2012 where I had an outstanding experience in store and felt the rep had excellent knowledge that I would not have to login to my account amd fix what they forgot. I was very happy to hear that T-Mobile is attempting to integrate sales and customer care knowledge and ability so that customer in store experiences are better. IMO, every T-Mobile employee should have the same level of knowledge and training with a customer experience based focus. I actually went in this time bc I had purchased 2 watches in a Rockland Maine store where although the sales rep was very friendly, his knowledge was lacking and this caused quite a few issues for me to have to deal with. Eric is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Isaac was as well. This is a busy store in the mall so I'm sure it can be a stressful job and I came in later in the day whej I' sire they were ready to go home. I appreciate their help and I won't hesitate to drop in at this location when I need anything involving my T-Mobile account. Highly recommended store location! Thanks, Guys! View on Google
