He’s very knowledgeable and patient and takes his time to understand you as a customer and makes sure to fix and take care of all your problems to the best of his ability. The new faces in my local Tmobile have really been making a difference whoever his manager is needs to promote him sometime soon. I came in to this location today at 6:39pm I called before arrival with my concerns I spoke with Steven Franco and he was very professional , patient, and polite over the phone and in the store I’m not even an T-mobile customer but he made the process of me starting internet service with them easy. And even though my visit was short he made it a great one and to whoever his supervisor is if your reading this HE NEEDS A RAISE!!!! Customer service for him was a 10/10 highly recommended Thank you again steven !!!!!
