My phone abruptly stopped working during the middle of the night. I only had an hour to buy a new phone before returning to work. And, get my data from my old phone transferred to my new phone. The entire staff was wonderful and helped me get the entire process done in less than an hour! Mikel was very knowledgeable and helped me decide which phone would work best for my needs. All of the other employees were also helpful and made my visit there enjoyable! I really did appreciate all of their help and wanted to take the time to acknowledge how grateful I really was 😊
