Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They describe the terms you agree to with regard to your payment arrangement.
By submitting a payment(s) and/or entering into a payment arrangement, you authorize T-Mobile to debit your bank account/debit card or charge your credit card for the total amount and date(s) shown. The amount(s) and date(s) of any payment(s) will be specified in the payment arrangement set up process. If you are a ONE/Magenta/Unlimited Plan customer on AutoPay, by setting up this payment arrangement your $5 per line bill credit will be lost until AutoPay is reactivated again. Late fees may be assessed for past due payments.
You also authorize T-Mobile to credit your bank account/card in the appropriate amount for any refunds or other billing adjustments. If you cancel your payment arrangement, you may be assessed a fee AND your account may be immediately suspended.
For currently suspended lines, a $20 restore fee plus applicable taxes per line (capped at 3 lines) may apply. Deleting this payment arrangement does not guarantee the eligibility of a new payment arrangement. Balance amounts over 30 days past due must be paid prior to setting up a new arrangement, if eligible.
T-MOBILE SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF AN ERRONEOUS STATEMENT, ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED, OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND/OR VALID PAYMENT INFORMATION.
