The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is California legislation that provides California residents with the right to access or delete personal data that a business collects about them. Although the CCPA only provides these rights to California residents, we allow non-California residents to make the same requests about their personal data.
For more information about CCPA and how T-Mobile process personal data, please visit our Your Personal Data Choices.
To ensure only you can access or delete your personal data, we must verify that the request comes from you.
Before starting the process, please make sure that you have:
- A valid email address you can access during the request process. You’ll be asked to verify your email address after sending the request. If you’re a current or former customer of T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, or TVision, this email must be associated with your account. If you have multiple email addresses associated with an account, please submit a separate request for each email.
- A phone number that can receive SMS messages. For current customers, please provide the phone number associated with your account.
- A digital copy or photo of a valid U.S. driver's license, State ID card, or passport. Note: we only support verification using U.S. driver's license, State ID card, or passport. Please do not submit any other form of identification, such as Military ID.
- A digital photo of your face or the ability to submit the request with a device that has a camera.
