Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the Nokia Lumia 530.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. From the start screen, tap the Phone tile.
  2. If the history screen does not display, swipe left or right until it does.
  3. Touch and hold the number you want to block.
  4. Tap block number...
    Note
    : If this option does not show, check that Block calls+SMS is turned on in Settings>Call+SMS filter
  5. Tap ok.

 

 

Unblock calls

  1. From the start screen, swipe left.
  2. Scroll down to and tap settings.
  3. Scroll down to and tap call + SMS filter.
  4. Tap blocked numbers.
  5. Tap and hold on the number you want to unblock.
  6. Tap unblock.

 

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From the start screen, tap the T-Mobile (phone) tile.
  2. Tap the More icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
  3. Tap settings.
  4. Scroll to and tap the Call forwarding switch to turn on.
  5. Enter a number where all calls will be forwarded.
  6. Tap save.

 

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From the start screen, tap the T-Mobile (phone) tile.
  2. Tap the More icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
  3. Tap settings.
  4. Scroll to and tap the Call forwarding switch.

 

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From the Start screen, tap the T-Mobile (Phone) tile.
  2. Tap Menu (...).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Under Show my Caller ID to, tap to select one of the following:
    • everyone
    • no one
    • my contacts

 

 

Reset call log

  1. From the start screen, tap the Phone tile.
  2. Tap the history tab.
  3. Tap the More icon at bottom-right of the screen.
  4. Tap delete all.
  5. Tap delete to confirm.

 

 

View call log

  1. From the start screen, tap the Phone tile.
  2. Tap the history tab.
  3. View the call log.
