Use these steps to use/do/support uninstall and clear cache for apps on the ZTE Spro 2.




Clear app cache and data

Clearing cache or data from an app can fix some software problems. If you clear data, any data stored in that app is lost, such as settings, login information, and saved games. If you don't want to clear the data, try just clearing cache first. If you still experience problems, then clear data too.


  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings > System > Local > Apps.
  2. Swipe right to All apps.
  3. Tap the desired app and choose from the following:
    • Clear cache
    • Clear data


Update apps

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Apps icon.
  2. Tap Play Store.
  3. Tap the Menu key and then tap My Apps.
    • To keep your apps automatically updated, tap the Menu key, tap Settings, and then tap Auto-update apps to select the check box.
  4. Choose one of the following options:
    • Tap Update [xx] to update all applications with updates available.
    • Tap an individual application and then tap Update to update a single application.


Clear recent apps

  1. From any screen, press and hold the Menu key with three lines.
  2. To close an individual recent application, touch an application from the list and drag it to the bottom.
  3. To close all recent applications, tap Remove all at the bottom.


Uninstall app

  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings > System > Local > Apps.
  2. Swipe left to the Downloaded apps.
  3. Tap the desired app, then tap Uninstall > OK.
