Learn how to manage contacts and caller groups on an iPhone running Apple iOS 15.

 

Add contact

  1. From the Home screen, tap Phone > Contacts.
  2. Tap + Add Contact.
  3. Enter contact information.
  4. Tap Done.

 

Import contacts

Import moves contacts from the SIM card to your device.

  1. From the Home screen, tap Settings > Contacts > Import SIM Contacts.
  2. Tap desired account to import the contacts into.

 

Delete contact

  1. From the Home screen, tap Phone > Contacts.
  2. Tap desired contact.
  3. Tap Edit > Delete Contact.
  4. Tap Delete Contact again to confirm.

 

Create caller group

  • You can't create a caller group on your iPhone using the contacts app.
  • You must go online and access the account your contacts are stored in to create a group.
  • If your contacts are stored in iCloud, see iCloud: Create a group and add contacts in iCloud.
