Change SIM PIN

  1. Navigate to the SIM PIN settings:
    • iPhone: From the Home screen, tap Settings > Phone > SIM PIN.
    • iPad: From the Home screen, tap Settings > Cellular > SIM PIN.
  2. Tap SIM PIN slider to ON (if necessary).
  3. Tap Change PIN.
  4. Enter current PIN (default  is 1234).
  5. Enter new PIN.
  6. Enter new PIN again to confirm.
  7. Tap Save.

Turn on / off SIM PIN

The SIM PIN code can protect your SIM from being used in other devices. When you turn on the SIM PIN lock, the device prompts you to enter the code after turning it on.

  1. Navigate to the SIM PIN settings:
    • iPhone: From the Home screen, tap Settings > Phone > SIM PIN.
    • iPad: From the Home screen, tap Settings > Cellular > SIM PIN.
  2. Tap SIM PIN slider to ON or OFF.
  3. Enter current PIN (default  is 1234), then tap Done.
