To use Wi-Fi calling, you must first register an E911 address and turn on Wi-Fi to connect to a Wi-Fi network.

  1. Register your E911 address at My T-Mobile.
    • Click the link to go right to your Line Settings page.
    • If you’re already logged in, click your name, then click Profile > Line Settings.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi and connect to a Wi-Fi network.
  3. From the Home screen, tap Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling.
  4. Tap the slider next to Wi-Fi Calling on this phone to turn Wi-Fi Calling on.
  5. Tap Update Emergency Address.
  6. Enter your E911 address and tap Save.

Set connection preference
