Learn how to set up and use Wi-Fi calling and connection preferences on the T-Mobile REVVLRY.




Turn on & connect

To use Wi-Fi calling, you must first register an E911 address and turn on Wi-Fi to connect to a Wi-Fi network.


  1. Register your E911 address at My T-Mobile. 
    • Click the link to go right to your Line Settings page.
    • If you’re already logged in, click your name, then click Profile > Line Settings.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi.
  3. Swipe up on the Home screen to view your apps.
  4. Tap the Phone icon > Menu > Settings > Calls > Wi-Fi Calling.
  5. Tap the Wi-Fi Calling switch to turn on or off.


Set connection preference

  1. Tap the Phone icon > Menu > Settings > Calls > Wi-Fi Calling.
  2. Tap Calling preference and then choose from the following options:
    • Cellular preferred
    • Wi-Fi preferred
