Learn how to opt in / opt out of System Manager (Carrier IQ) on the Samsung Galaxy S8. System Manager makes it easier for T-Mobile to provide support for your device.
- From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
- Tap Settings > General Management.
- Tap Reset.
- Tap Collect diagnostics.
- Tap Diagnostics.
- To opt in, select the Agree check box then tap Next.
- To opt out, clear the Agree check box then tap Close.
- To learn more about the System Manager Application, tap the More Info... button.
