Learn how to opt in / opt out of System Manager (Carrier IQ) on the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active. System Manager makes it easier for T-Mobile to provide support for your device.


Opt in / out

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap Settings > General Management.
  3. Tap Reset.
  4. Tap Collect diagnostics.
  5. Tap Diagnostics.
  6. To opt in, select the Agree check box then tap Next.
  7. To opt out, clear the Agree check box then tap Close.
  8. To learn more about the System Manager Application, tap the More Info... button.
