Use these steps to send messages on the Samsung Galaxy S10e.

 

 

 

Send a group message

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap the Messages icon.
  3. Tap the Compose icon.
  4. Tap the Groups tab.
  5. Tap the group you want to send the message to.
  6. Tap All or manually select recipients.
  7. Tap COMPOSE.
  8. Enter message text in the Group conversation box.
  9. When done, tap the Send icon.

 

Send a new picture or video in a message

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap the Messages icon.
  3. Tap the Compose icon.
  4. Enter message recipient or choose from Contacts.
  5. Enter message text in the Enter message field.
  6. Tap the Attach icon (paper clip).
  7. To take a picture and send it in the message:
    1. Tap Take picture.
    2. Frame the subject.
    3. Tap the Shutter icon.
    4. Tap Save to have the picture inserted in the message.
    5. Tap the Send icon when ready to send.
  8. To record a video and send it in the message:
    1. Tap Record video.
    2. Tap the Camcorder icon.
    3. Tap the Stop icon to stop recording.
    4. Tap Save to have the video inserted in the message.
    5. Tap the Send icon when ready to send.

 

Send a saved picture or video in a message

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap the Messages icon.
  3. Tap the Compose icon.
  4. Enter message recipient or choose from Contacts.
  5. Enter message text in the Enter message field.
  6. Tap the Attach icon (paper clip).
  7. Tap Image or Video.
  8. Tap one of these options:
    • Dropbox
    • Gallery
    • Photos
    • Samsung Link
  9. Tap Always or Just once.
  10. Tap the folder of the image or video.
  11. Tap the desired image or video to select the check box.
  12. Tap Done.
  13. Tap the Send icon.
