Turn on & connect

To use Wi-Fi calling, you must first register an E911 address and turn on Wi-Fi to connect to a Wi-Fi network.

  1. Register your E911 address at My T-Mobile.
  2. Turn on Wi-Fi.
  3. From the Home screen, swipe up, then tap Settings.
  4. Tap Wi-Fi & internet > Wi-Fi Calling > Enable Wi-Fi calling.


Set connection preference

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up, then tap Settings.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi & internet > Wi-Fi Calling > Calling preferences.
  3. Select from the following:
    • Wi-Fi preferred
    • Cellular preferred
