Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the moto e6.

Block calls

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Settings > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap ADD A NUMBER.
  5. Enter the number and tap BLOCK.

Unblock calls

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Settings > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap the X next to the number(s) you want to unblock.
  5. Tap UNBLOCK.

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Settings > Calls > Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  6. Tap TURN ON.

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Settings > Calls > Call forwarding.
  4. Select from the following:
    • Always forward
    • When busy
    • When unanswered
    • When unreachable
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  6. Tap TURN ON.

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Settings > Calls > Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Tap TURN OFF.

Caller ID settings

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Call settings > Calls > Additional settings.
  4. Tap Caller ID, then choose an option:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

Reset call log

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Call History.
  4. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  5. Tap Clear call history.

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

  1. From any Home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Call History.
  4. Tap a call to view more details.
