Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the LG Aristo 4+.

 

 

 

Block calls

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots at the top right.
  3. Tap Call settings > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap + add icon.
  5. Select one of the following:
    • Contacts > Select the desired contact > Done.
    • Call logs > Select the desired call log entry > Done.
    • New number > Enter the phone number > Save.

 

Unblock calls

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots at the top right.
  3. Tap Call settings > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  4. Tap the Trash can icon at the top-right side of the screen.
  5. Select the number(s) you want to unblock.
  6. Tap REMOVE.
  7. Tap REMOVE ?again to confirm.

 

Call forwarding unconditional

Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots at the top right.
  3. Tap Call settings > Additional settings > Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  6. Tap TURN ON.

 

Call forwarding conditional

Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots at the top right.
  3. Tap Call settings > Additional settings > Call forwarding.
  4. Under 'FORWARD IF,' select from the following:
    • Busy
    • Unanswered
    • Unreachable
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
  6. Tap TURN ON.

 

Cancel call forwarding

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots at the top right.
  3. Tap Call settings > Additional settings > Call forwarding.
  4. Tap Always forward.
  5. Tap TURN OFF.

 

Caller ID settings

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap the Menu icon with three dots at the top right.
  3. Tap Call settings > Additional settings > Other settings.
  4. Tap Caller ID, then choose an option:
    • Network default
    • Hide number
    • Show number

 

Reset call log

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap the Menu icon with three dots at the top right.
  4. Tap Clear all > CLEAR.

 

View call log

Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

 

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Call logs.
  3. Tap a call to view more details.
