Learn how to block, delete and save SMS / MMS messages on the HTC U11 life.

 

Block messages or spam

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Messages icon.
  2. Tap and hold on the desired message thread until Message options appears.
  3. Tap Block contact.

 

Unblock messages

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Messages icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Block list.
  4. Select the contact to unblock.
  5. Under 'OPTIONS' and tap Block contact.
  6. Tap OK.

 

Delete picture messages (MMS)

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Messages icon.
  2. Touch and hold the message thread you want to delete.
  3. Tap Delete.
  4. Tap OK.

 

Delete text messages (SMS)

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Messages icon.
  2. Touch and hold the message thread you want to delete.
  3. Tap Delete.
  4. Tap OK.

 

Save pictures received in a message (MMS)

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Messages icon.
  2. Select the desired message thread.
  3. Tap and hold on the picture until Messaging options appears.
  4. Tap Save.

 

SMS service center number

We're sorry, but you cannot change the service center number. Follow the below steps to view the current number.

  1. From any Home screen, tap the Messages icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Text messages (SMS).
  5. View the Service center number.
