TFB Tech Support Portal is an online portal used by T-Mobile for Business customers to engage T-Mobile Support for assistance with their T-Mobile for Business product solutions. Use these steps to register for and set up the TFB Tech Support Portal.

Register for TFB Tech Support Portal

Use this process after your T-Mobile Business account has been activated. First, request access to relevant Access Packages and complete 2FA setup. Access Packages will be able to be requested after a First-Time user has been created by T-Mobile, or after an Administrator creates a new user .

Register by Invitation Email

New Users must be created in the TFB Tech Support Portal before Access Packages can be requested.

  1. An email will be sent to the first-time admin containing a link with instructions to request the Access Package.
  2. Search and select ServiceNow CSM: External: Access: User: TFB.
  3. Enter a business justification for the request if prompted. Click submit.
  4. Allow three business days for processing. 
  5. Open the email with approved access to the Access Package . Click Get Started.
  6. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. Click Next.
  7. Add an account to the Microsoft Authenticator app and select “work or school.” Click Next.
  8. Scan the QR code to connect the Microsoft Authenticator App to your account. Click Next.
  9. Enter the number seen on the screen in the mobile app. Click Next.
  10. Two-factor authentication has been successfully enabled. Click Done.
  11. Sign into the TFB Tech Support Portal with your company’s credentials.

Register using MyAccess Portal

New Users must be created in the TFB Tech Support Portal before Access Packages can be requested.

  1. Sign into Microsoft’s My Access portal.
  2. Click Access Packages.
  3. Search and select ServiceNow CSM: External: Access: User: TFB.
  4. Enter a business justification if prompted. Click Submit.
  5. Allow three business days for processing.
  6. Open the email with approved access to the Access Package. Click Get Started.
  7. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. Click Next.
