Account Hub is an online self-service portal and account management tool for business customers. Use the steps on this page for help with shopping. If a suspended account is selected, a message appears alerting you that the account is suspended and shop is only available to active accounts.

California Prop 65 warning

The state of California passed a law referred to as Proposition 65. The law contains a list of chemicals that the state of California has found to potentially cause cancer and/or reproductive harm. The law requires that any company selling any product that contains one or more of these known chemicals to buyers or people using these products in California be warned in advance of purchase.

  • In Account Hub, a Prop 65 warning displays below the Features section on the Product Detail page for all devices and accessories.
  • Select Learn more in the warning to view the full text. There's also a link to in the warning, which opens in a new browser tab when selected.
  • Although the Prop 65 law is only required for customers in California, it will display for everyone in any state or US territory who use Account Hub.


Shop Catalog

  • Devices are sorted by most popular. Filter by Manufactures to narrow down the results (multiple options can be selected).
  • All items selected appear in the search string. Select X next to the selection to remove it or select Clear All to remove all filters.
  • Sort by Newest, Highest to Lowest, and Lowest to Highest.


Add a line to an existing account

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Manage Accounts.
  3. From the Manage Lines tab, select the Add a line button for the account the line is being added to.
  4. Select Buy a new device or Bring your own device (where you can purchase a SIM card).
  5. If buying a new device, pick a device from the Shop page.
  6. Select to purchase the device with EIP or Full Retail Price.
  7. Customize the device (color, memory storage, and quantity) if desired.
  8. Select a plan from the Plan options section and services from the Additional services section.
  9. In the Device protection section, select a Device Protection feature or decline device protection.
  10. Review the Summary page and select Add to Cart.


Upgrade a device

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Shop and select Upgrades.
  3. Select the check box next to the line(s) to upgrade and select Choose a device.
    • Lines that aren't eligible for upgrade are grayed out and the check box can't be selected.
    • The mobile number, name, current device, and eligibility message display on the Select Lines page.
  4. Select the desired device on the Choose Device page, select Confirm to make changes.
    • Devices are sorted by most popular devices such as Apple, Samsung, LG, and more.
    • Filter by Manufactures to narrow down the results (multiple options can be selected)
  5. In the Device protection section, select a Device Protection feature or decline device protection.
  6. Select Add to Cart.
  7. Select on an accessory to view the accessory product detail page. From there, select the quantity and Add to Cart.
  8. Select Checkout.
  9. Review order details on the Checkout page and make any necessary changes.
  10. Select Submit. The payment information processes and the Order Confirmation page displays.
    • To add device protection, call Business Care 1-800-375-1126 within 14 days of receiving the device.
    • To continue shopping, select Continue shopping to return to Shop Catalog.


Place a duplicate order

  1. Log in to Account Hub.
  2. Go to Shop.
  3. From the Order History tab, select Order again on the desired order number.
