Only Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) agreements can be signed on a phone. 

Sign your agreement

1. Open the email sent from the [email protected] email address.
2. Select the Sign Now link.
3. Review the consent to electronic records and choose I Consent.
4. Review the financial privacy policy and choose I Consent.
5. Read the disclosure agreement for your purchase that outlines:
   • T-Mobile’s financial privacy agreement
   • The finance agreement
6. After reviewing the agreement, select Sign and Agree.

A copy of your agreement will be available in your T-Mobile.com account.
