The customer service at this store is amazing. Selam went above and beyond to help me with several issues and was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. I took my 5G Internet box to this store in a downpour last Saturday. I think the heavy rain reduced the number of customers, so I had the luxury of two extremely knowledgeable employees working with me. I had brought in my power cord as well as the box, the first thing they did was use their own cord to discover mine (with no apparent damage) bad.
After replacing the cord for me, we discussed other internet issues I had experienced, and offered me tips for improving my service at home. I commend both Sarah O. and Dimitry H. for their friendly and personable customer service.
