I worked with Maxx and Lily who upgraded my family's four phones and got us a new watch, essentially saving us $3500 with promotions!
They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about Tmobile and how to save!
What's more, is that since it's Costco, they waive the activation fees and you can get a Costco gift card.
If you go, look for Maxx or Lily for help. Tmobile corporate wasn't honoring the Costco waived activation fees, but with Maxx and Lily's help, they were waived in the end.
It's refreshing knowing that if I have an issue, these two are there to help.
