Ziah is my hero! We had major problems with our account and had been trying to solve them ourselves for over a month. We were told by the phone help desk to go to a store 3 different times. We went to the store in Forest City, NC, and found a manager who either didn't know how to do her job, or didn't want to do her job. We decided we needed to go to the "big city" to, hopefully, find qualified assistance. Enter Ziah! From the moment we walked into the store on Hendersonville Road and were greeted by Ziah, we were viewed as people who had a legitimate issue and needed help. In a matter of minutes, he was able to get to the right people online and good things started happening! When we left the store an hour~ later, we had a phone that functioned as it was supposed to, along with a restored faith that there are some qualified people still out there! Just got sometime to write a review about my visit. I went to this location about 2 months ago. Great people, knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought my phone in due to an issue that I can’t make outbound calls and the gentleman in the store resolved the issue quickly and took time to explained to me what to do if it happens again. Best service ever at a phone store. I was needing a aim card, not buying anything really, but that didn't stop the young man from treating me like I was important. He knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. Then took the time to make sure that everything was working correctly. If you need service, this is the only game in town. Today I switch from consumer cellular to tmobile for my personal phone. Tmobile employee Zay was great. He was straight forward and knowledgeable going over tmobiles plans. Almost 2 years ago I got tmobile home internet and have been very pleased with it. I'm sure the phone service will be just as good. View on Google
